Today, September 13, 2025, at 3PM in St. Peter’s Square will welcome ‘Grace for the World’, a first-of-its-kind concert that brings together international voices, diverse cultures and different generations through music.
The performance is free to attend in person and streamed live for global audiences on Disney+, Hulu and ABC News Live. Given the magnitude of the event, the official running order remains a secret. But, take a good look and there are clues as to a potential set list: artists that have previously performed together, recently released music and classic songs.

Grace for the World: A soundtrack for unity
Pharrell Williams and Andrea Bocelli will serve as co-directors and executive producers of the concert, with renowned producer Adam Blackstone serving as musical director. Yet, Bocelli has a long history of spiritual showmanship, having performed twice for Pope Francis in 2015, as well as for the newly elected Pope Leo XIV this past summer. Pharrell, meanwhile, bridges different musical worlds, bringing pop, gospel and production to the Vatican stage. This partnership reaches a broader audience and conveys the event’s message of love, fraternity and unity.
Global lineup: from Karol G to John Legend, Bocelli and more
Colombian superstar Karol G is expected to bring a moving performance of “Milagros”, which connects deeply with resilience and hope. Another contender is the recorded duet “Vivo por Ella” with Maestro Andrea Bocelli, featured on his 30th-anniversary album Duets. Similarly, the Italian tenor could move the crowd with “The Prayer” with powerhouse Jennifer Hudson, another R&B and gospel legend who performed during Pope Francis’ visit in the US.
American artists add another layer of power to the evening. John Legend’s repertoire features soulful anthems like “All of Me” and “Church” that speak of love and shared humanity, while Pharrell and Voices of Fire uplift with feel-good anthems such as “JOY (Unspeakable)” and “Miracle Worker” (new Voices of Fire album, OPHANIM, is out today). Teddy Swims may have a performance of his breakout hit “Lose Control” up his sleeve too.
On the other end of the spectrum, BamBam will be bringing some KPop swag to the night, with potential songs on his setlist including the inspiring “Last Parade” and reflective “riBBon”. Beninese-French singer-songwriter Angélique Kidjo could also rock the stage with songs like “Agolo” and “We Are One” — anthems that blend African rhythms with powerful messages of unity and justice for all.
