Emily Blunt and Steven Spielberg recently had an interview promoting their new film, “Disclosure Day.” Spielberg, who notoriously filmed the Oscar-winning film, “Jaws,” used Martha’s Vineyard as the fictional Amity Island, is no stranger to the Vineyard. Blunt, who married fellow actor and Newton-native, John Krasinski, also has deep ties to the island.
The new film, “Disclosure Day,” did not film in Massachusetts, unlike other flicks this summer did, but with both Hollywood icons having such strong ties to New England and being frequent visitors to Martha’s Vineyard, the media asked them to share some of the spots they “must visit” when they’re in town.
Blunt quickly shared some of her top three spots on Martha’s Vineyard.

Blunt notes that when on island she immediately “beetles over” to North Tisbury Farm. The roadside farm shop offers fresh, local produce, flowers, baked goods, meats, and cheeses. The owner, Rose, is a Vineyard icon. Blunt describes the farmstand as her “happy place.”
Blunt highlighted that there is so much she’s drawn to on the island, stating:
I’m obsessed with that island, it’s magical.”
In addition to the farm, Blunt loves Lucy Vincent Beach and Aquinnah Cliffs.
