Landing on a brand-new renovated square, the Copley Square Farmers Market opens its 2026 season on Friday, May 15.
The celebration kicks off with a fruit and ribbon cutting, followed by a performance of the National Anthem from H+H Youth Choruses Bass Clef Trio members Isaac Lee, Casey Wong, and Daniel Valz at 10:55 AM on Friday, May 15.
The market returns to a newly renovated Copley Square, which designers structured to serve as a gathering place to foster community in Boston.
Established in 1978, Copley Square Farmers Market was Boston’s first farmers market. In market tradition, at 11 AM sharp, expect a ringing of the cowbell to signal the market’s official opening.
Other opening day festivities include a 20 minute performance from a local choir at 12 PM, mocktail demos, live beekeeping, and more!
Over 30 vendors offering everything from produce to Polish delicacies will bring a cornucopia of flavor to Copley Square every Tuesday and Friday from 11 AM-6 PM through November 24.
