Boston Legacy Football Club’s team crest unveils a strong representation of Boston with hidden emblems of the city through the crest.
Boston Legacy FC is Boston’s women’s soccer team, slated to represent the city in the National Women’s Soccer League when they make their debut in 2026. With White Stadium secured, the team is gearing up for a big season, with a bold logo to match!
The Boston Legacy FC crest features a white swan with eight angular feathers. The number eight honors the eight original National Women’s Soccer League teams from across the nation, including the Boston Breakers. The feathers are designed to mimic the lines of Boston’s iconic Zakim Bridge. The background of the crest is green, highlighting the city’s Celtic culture.
The crest took a five-month collaborative design process, spearheaded by renowned sports graphic designer Matthew Wolff, and co-founder of Vermont Green Football Club.
