The Beacon Hill Holiday Stroll is a charming tradition in Boston. Carolers gather in the streets before the magical tree is lit on Cambridge Street.
All the shops remain open and the community gathers for a festive night in the city, shared with the Boston Common Tree Lighting and Commonwealth Avenue Mall Lighting. It’s a big night for city lights!
The Beacon Hill Holiday Stroll is free and open to the public. Charles Street from Cambridge and Beacon Streets will be closed off to traffic, allowing for holiday strollers to explore local shops and restaurants while enjoying refreshments and music performances.
