The Thai Night Market & Loy Krathong Festival will take place Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4–10 p.m., bringing six hours of food, crafts, and cultural performances to Cambridge.
Organized by Nathika Events in collaboration with the Harvard Square Business Association, the free event combines a night-market experience with a celebration of Thailand’s Loy Krathong tradition.
Come hungry—and leave time to browse
Thai street food will take center stage, giving visitors a reason to plan their Saturday evening around the market.
Organizers haven’t announced a menu or vendor lineup yet, but the event promises authentic Thai food alongside opportunities to shop from local artists and explore handmade crafts.
Between bites, visitors can browse vendors’ offerings before catching a performance. With the market running until 10 p.m., there’s time to make an evening of it.
Stay for live music and Thai cultural performances
The entertainment lineup will feature traditional Thai cultural performances, live music, DJs, and K-pop entertainment.
Visitors can also take part in traditional Lanna-style hanging Krathong activities and family-friendly cultural experiences.
Organizers describe Loy Krathong as a celebration of gratitude, renewal, and new beginnings, connecting the evening’s festivities to the Thai tradition.
Whether you’re coming for the street food, handmade finds, or performances, this Harvard Square night market brings them together in one free outing.
The market rain date is November 14.
