This is far from your average night out in the city. It’s a full-blown nostalgic journey packed with cutting-edge technology, mesmerizing live music, and pure magic.
Here’s what to expect at this summer’s most-talked about drone experience.
Iconic wizarding world imagery in the stars
The DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is bringing well over a thousand illuminated drones to the Boston area, but this is not just a generic light show.
The creators are leaning hard into the lore with highly detailed aerial formations designed specifically for dedicated Potterheads.
As the fleet takes flight, the drones will perfectly recreate massive, luminous structures like Hogwarts Castle itself towering over the athletic field.
Fans can look forward to seeing the iconic golden snitch, the flying Ford Anglia, letter-clutching owls, wide-eyed house elves, and even some mischievous Cornish pixies sketched right into the night sky.
A live electric violin playing the classics
The stunning visual display is beautifully elevated by an incredible, multi-sensory audio experience.
While the drones weave through the air to form wand duels and breathtaking pyrotechnic moments, the show pumps out official movie dialogue and the legendary film scores.
A live electric violinist will be front and center, playing the absolute best tracks from the original film soundtracks.
You can expect to hear the hauntingly beautiful notes of Hedwig’s Theme echoing across the field, sending immediate chills down your spine and pulling you straight back into the magic of childhood.

Rep your house colors with the Sorting Hat
The interactivity of this event goes way beyond just sitting and watching.
Everyone who walks through the gates receives an exclusive LED wristband that connects you directly to the performance.
In one of the coolest parts of the night, the drones will form a massive, ponderous Sorting Hat in the sky. A
s the hat speaks and shouts out the legendary house traits, your wristbands will light up the entire stadium in brilliant house colors. So whether you are a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff, you will feel the collective energy of the crowd.
Fans are already planning to show up in full wizarding robes and knitted Weasley sweaters to show off their house pride.
Themed treats and exclusive merch
You definitely want to arrive early to soak up the magical atmosphere before the sky goes completely dark.
The grounds will be packed with themed treats and wizard-inspired drinks to get you in the spirit right away.
While the legendary Butterbeer is only available at select venues, there will be plenty of enchanting food and beverage options to try on site.
Plus, you can score exclusive Harry Potter™ 25th anniversary merchandise like authentic wands, cozy scarves, and special collectibles designed for fans of all ages that you cannot easily find anywhere else.
