What do lymphatic drainage underwear, color analysis, and acupuncture have in common? They’re all building blocks of wellth.
A play on wealth, gen-well, Boston’s newest wellness community for women, by woman, wants to help females with refreshing, trusted health perspectives to guide women through every stage of life and lay the foundation of wellness awareness for future generations.
gen-well officially launched in September 2025 with a soft-launch celebration at Seaport’s St. Regis—bringing together a diverse group of like-minded women and brands forging the future of wellness. gen-well strives to foster dialogue among women, and bring them in the same room together to learn from Eastern and Western health therapies as well as lived experiences.
About gen-well
Founded in 2024 by advertising exec turned entrepreneur and mom of two, Cat Duff, gen-well provides a community for women offering trusted knowledge and personal connection, empowering individuals to be their number one health advocate. The community offers a curation of digital and in-person community-centric engagements.
gen-well’s podcast reaches audiences in Boston and worldwide. The free and accessible podcast, “Off With Your Coat,” features gen-well CEO and Founder Cat Duff as host, meeting with health professionals to answers women’s health questions and navigate overlooked topics without any fluff, in layman’s terms and with actionable intellectual wealth.
With a holistic outlook on wealth, gen-well also features TheWellth Collective, to tap into products and services that’ll support women through phases of life. This thoughtfully curated assortment of gen-well approved products, local Boston services, and leaders offer women trusted resources to help them “fund themselves,” without wasting time and money on noise of the latest health trend. Some of these exciting products include services at Seaport’s social wellness club, Remedy Place, Cowboy Colostrum, CEAN lymphatic drainage undies, locally-made Aramore skincare from the minds of Harvard and MIT scientists, color analysis with Shani Breiman of Styled by Shani, and more! Color analysis offers empowering knowledge of which colors best suit your tones. You’ll leave learning whether you’re a “winter, autumn, spring, or summer,” with proposed color palettes inspired by the four seasons.
Come 2026, gen-well plans to introduce the Femme Supper Club to Boston—an elevated dining experience thematic on different women’s health subjects. With health practitioners present at supper club it is totally acceptable, if not, encouraged, to discuss your loo visits. Because at gen-well, shit matters.
gen-well is a women’s health advocacy brand. It’s building a community of trust with no shame and no BS in the form of community, The Wellth Collective, Femme Supper Club, and our podcast, said gen-well founder and CEO Cat Duff. I have a deep desire to build generational wealth for myself, for my daughter, and all women, to really truly understand our bodies so we can pass it on to the next generation.
gen-well also pays it forward to the community with strategic nonprofit partnerships and support to advance women’s health initiatives in Boston and beyond. Follow gen-well on Instagram for the latest updates and events.
