Looking to get in shape this summer? We have the perfect activities for you! Seaport is bringing back their free outdoor workout series, Seaport Sweat, from May 2 through September 29 this year. Back for its seventh season, the community-driven series offers nearly 200 fitness classes.
The class schedule includes a variety of new classes and instructors, as well as popular and award-winning instructors returning this year too. Join your favorite classes Monday through Thursday with beats by DJ Sprino, and on Saturdays you can Kick It by Eliza and sweat it out with Broncore Bootcamp.
All Seaport Sweat classes will be held on Seaport Common, every Monday to Thursday at 5:30pm & 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am. Classes are free, open to the public, and welcome all levels of fitness. You are encouraged to register for classes in advance, which you can find on Seaport’s website.
