Paris-trained Pastry Chef and owner of Crémeux French Patisserie, Alexandre Waddell’s brainchild recently received an “A+” rating from Chef Gordon Ramsay. In an announcement on its website, Crémeux shared:
Recently some of our pastries and viennoiserie unexpectedly made their way to a business meeting with none other than Chef Gordon Ramsay. We then were gifted this photo, none of this was solicited! Chef Ramsay’s feedback? “Crémeux, A+!”
Ramsay, known for his almost unattainably high standards across his cooking competition shows, gifted Crémeux with the highest possible rating, an incredible honor for the spot which works to perfect French gastronomy.
Pastry Chef and Owner Alexandre Waddell is of French descent and learned his craft in French pastry at l’Ecole Francaise de Gastronomie in Paris. Waddell brough his skillset back to Merrimack, New Hampshire and Brookline, Massachusetts where he now manages two Crémeux French Patisserie locations.
You can find a delicious assortment of innovative French treats at the patisserie in Coolidge Corner ranging from classic viennoiserie like croissants and pains suisses to deliciously creamy coconut mousse passionfruit cakes!
