The Big E, formally known as the Eastern States Exposition, is a massive annual fair that takes place west of Boston in Springfield, Massachusetts. The agricultural fair features local artists, a petting zoo, carnival games, a Ferris wheel, and a cornucopia of food options made with locally sourced ingredients.

The question should really be what not to eat? Come with friends and an appetite and get ready to immerse yourself in foodie haven. The 17-day festival features over 40 vendors serving incredibly creative eats.
