Owned by a husband-wife restauranteur team, BE Pasta Bar is bringing an Italian pasta experience to Brookline. They’ve welcomed Boston’s first fast-casual pasta bar, inspired by those in Italy.
The pasta bar pledged to use imported Italian and Greek ingredients and equipment to produce their fresh and flavorful pastas and sauces! BE will serve homemade fresh noodles. The olive oil used at BE Pasta Bar hails from their own family-owned vineyards in Korinthos, Greece!
The signature build-your-own pasta cups start at $11. Some of the delicious noodle offerings on the menu include:
- rigatoni
- macaroni
- campanelle
- fusilli
- spaghetti
Noodles can be paired with fresh homemade sauces such as:
- pesto
- alfredo
- lemon garlic
- marinara
Finish your perfect pasta cup with toppings composed from locally sourced ingredients:
- house meatballs
- fried eggplant
- fresh grated cheeses

BE Pasta Bar is founded by husband-wife restaurateur team Billy and Eva Axiotis, with ‘BE’ being the initials of their first names. Billy and Eva are second-generation Greek Americans with a family history in the restaurant business!
